Readers looking for someone to carry out the work are best served by the ordinary channels. Put the same written specification to every firm, so the prices that come back are actually comparable.

Accuracy Over Time

Content is revised when it goes out of date. Accuracy is the only thing a reference site has to offer, and a page out of date on a code requirement is worse than no page at all.
